Refunds are subject to the following policy as required by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development,
Office for Career and Technical Schools (OCTS). All refunds must be issued no later than 31 days from the student's
request for cancellation or withdrawal.
Full refund if: (a) student cancels within 6 business days of signing the enrollment agreement;
(b) student doesn't meet minimum admission requirements;
(c) enrollment was procured through misrepresentation; or
(d) student withdraws within 3 days of their first visit or orientation.
Withdraws after 1 week or less → 90% refund, less 10% application/enrollment fee (not to exceed $100)
Withdraws after more than 1 week but ≤ 25% of program → 75% refund, less 10% fee
Withdraws after more than 25% but ≤ 50% of program → 50% refund, less 10% fee
Withdraws after more than 50% but ≤ 60% of program → 40% refund, less 10% fee
Withdraws after more than 60% of program → No refund
Student Protection Fund: Pursuant to IC 22-4.1-21-15 and IC 22-4.1-21-18, this institution contributes
to the Career College Student Assurance Fund, which protects students in the event of school closure or loss of authorization.
